CAS acknowledges the agreement reached by Peter Sagan & Denk Pro Cycling GmbH (BORA – hansgrohe) and the UCI

Lausanne, 5 December 2017 - The Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS) takes note of the agreement reached between Peter Sagan, Denk Pro Cycling GmbH (BORA - hansgrohe) and the UCI to end the legal dispute about Peter Sagan's disqualification from the 2017 Tour de France. The hearing that was scheduled to take place today at the CAS headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland has been cancelled.

CAS was informed minutes before the start of the hearing that Peter Sagan & Denk Pro Cycling GmbH (BORA - hansgrohe) wished to withdraw their appeal. The Panel of arbitrators appointed to decide the matter will now proceed to close the CAS procedure.
