SWIMMING - Nick D'Arcy v/Australian Olympic Committee

Lausanne, 8 May 2008 – An arbitral panel has been formed to determine the appeal filed with the Oceania Registry of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) by the Australian swimmer Mr Nicholas D'Arcy.  Mr D'Arcy is appealing against the decision of the Australian Olympic Committee to terminate his membership with the Australian Olympic Team.
