By clicking on the link below, you can access a site which will shortly regroup all the non-confidential CAS jurisprudence from 1986, the year of the first arbitration procedure.
For the moment, the database is still in its test phase and includes only the awards that can be found in the three Digests of CAS awards (Digest of CAS Awards 1986-1998; Digest of CAS Awards 1998-2000; Digest of CAS Awards 2001-2003). This restriction also appears in the "Last month / Mois écoulé" default view.
In January 2009, the awards issued after 2003 will be added to the database so that in the long term, the most recent cases will also be found in the database. The online questionnaire that you will see in the database allows you to share with us any remarks and/or suggestions that you may have with regard to improving the database until the end of October 2008. We will take into consideration, as much as possible, your remarks and/or suggestions when preparing the final version of the database.
The current version of the database is experiencing two access problems due to security issues:

The toolbar containing the views is not fully displayed when using Firefox as the browser (truncated green line under the main strip). However, pointing the mouse on the white part of the toolbar will display the missing views; moreover, all the functionalities of the views are maintained.

The default list of values in the "Search / Research" view is not displayed. However, it is possible to manually enter a value (year, sport, name of a party, keyword, etc.) by positioning the cursor on the location of the missing list.
These two problems should be resolved shortly.
We remind you that CAS decisions cannot be published by third parties, except with the express agreement of the CAS, or of the parties directly concerned by the decision in question.
