International Sport Arbitration Seminar 2026
The Court of Arbitration for Sport and the Swiss Bar Association are pleased to announce the 10th edition of the International Sport Arbitration seminar, which will take place on 25 and 26 September 2026 at the Fairmont Montreux Palace in Montreux, Switzerland.
The biannual seminar is an opportunity for professionals working in sports law, arbitration and the wider sports community to network and participate in practical sessions centred around dispute resolution at CAS.
This year’s programme will cover a range of topics from human rights and competition law issues in sport, to the development of multi-club ownership in professional football. In line with previous editions, an overview of recent major CAS case law will also be presented.
