The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) is hosting a practical webinar on mediation. Mediation is an alternative method to resolve sports disputes and has seen a steady increase in demand from sports bodies and federations. The procedure is voluntary, flexible and confidential, where Parties attempt to negotiate together in good faith with a view to settle.
The interactive online event is taking place on 13 November 2026 at 13:00 CET. There will be presentations from expert CAS mediators and arbitrators, with several opportunities for a Q&A.
