New e-filing system for CAS procedures

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has launched a new e-filing system for Parties to initiate a procedure and submit documents related to arbitration proceedings. The updated portal is more streamlined and user-friendly.

Parties are invited to create a new user account on the platform. It is also important to note that the updated e-filing platform will only be available for new procedures. The current e-filing system remains operational for ongoing procedures.

The CAS Court Office will provide Parties with the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition and correct use of the platform. A practical guide is published here.
