Amendments to the CAS code, in force from July 1

The International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS) has made amendments to the Code of Sport-Related Arbitration and Schedule of Costs to improve the service offering of CAS procedures. These amendments will come into effect as of 1 July 2025, for all cases filed on and after this date.

To note:

• The role of CAS in-house clerks has been inserted into the Code.
• The rules applicable for expedited Ordinary procedures (non-appeal) have been clarified.
